01. Acceptance & Eligibility

By accessing or using GhostEdgeX (“Service”, “we”, “us”), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the full power and authority to enter into this legally binding agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use immediately.

02. Scope of Service & Trading Risks

GhostEdgeX provides software tools that parse broker logs, calculate performance statistics (such as drawdown, win rate, and profit factor), flag psychological leaks (such as revenge trading), and replay historical price candles.

• You acknowledge that trading futures, options, forex, and equities involves substantial risk of financial loss and is not suitable for all investors.
• You assume full and sole responsibility for all trading decisions, order entries, risk parameters, and financial outcomes in your live or simulated brokerage accounts.
• GhostEdgeX does not execute trades, manage funds, or hold client capital.

03. Subscription, Billing & Cancellations

Certain advanced features of GhostEdgeX require a paid subscription (e.g. GhostEdge Pro at $9.99/month or $99.99/year):

• Payment Authorization: By subscribing, you authorize our payment processor (Stripe) to charge your designated credit card or bank account (ACH) on a recurring basis until cancelled.
• 1-Click Self-Serve Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty via the billing portal in Settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of your prepaid billing period.

04. Acceptable Use & Restrictions

You agree not to misuse the Service. Specifically, you agree you will NOT:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our proprietary behavioral leak algorithms.
• Use automated scrapers, bots, or crawlers to overload our servers or market data feeds.
• Share your account credentials with multiple simultaneous traders.
• Upload malicious CSV files containing injection exploits or malformed scripts.

05. Intellectual Property

The GhostEdgeX interface, trademarks, behavioral detection algorithms, custom visualizations, and software architecture are the exclusive intellectual property of GhostEdgeX. You retain all ownership rights in your uploaded trade data and notes.

06. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

GHOSTEDGEX IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL GHOSTEDGEX, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, MARKET DATA DELAYS, OR SYSTEM DOWNTIME, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

07. Governing Law & Arbitration

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration.
